Our quality process
Rubber compounds are tested by moving-die rheometer; EP fabric is checked for tensile strength and elongation to confirm belt strength and dimensional stability.
A 4-roller calender applies rubber evenly while ply tension is controlled during forming to reduce wrinkles, uneven thickness and structural defects.
Finished belts are checked for surface condition, length, width and thickness against order requirements before approval for packing.
Laboratory testing covers abrasion resistance, adhesion strength, tensile strength and other data required by the order and applicable standards.
Each order is reviewed for specifications, appearance, dimensions, packaging and labels with reference to DIN, RMA, ISO and other standards.
