From compound to finished belt
Manufacturing built around belt life
Our products are manufactured to DIN, GB, JIS and AS international standards under an ISO 9001 quality management system.
Forming & ply assembly
Multiple plies are assembled and formed to the required belt width, thickness and strength class.
Vulcanizing press line
Belts are vulcanized under heat and pressure in hydraulic presses to bond the carcass and cover into one solid structure.
